  • Keeping your Jacuzzi® running perfectly

    Hydrolife provide an extensive service programme for all Jacuzzi® hot tubs. And when you consider that the units also come with a full warranty from Jacuzzi®, you know that should there be an issue, it will be taken care of professionally and efficiently.

    Overview of the Hydrolife service programme:

    We contact all new customers after 11 months to book in the first service and send annual reminders after this point. Our average service takes half a day and includes:

    • Biofilm remover added to water and a flushed shockdose
    • All filters chemically treated
    • Every jet checked and cleaned
    • The acrylic waterline cleaned
    • Pipework and glue-joint inspection
    • All residual water is emptied, cleaned and the shell rinsed down
    • Circulation pump inspection and head cleaned
    • The heater is checked to ensure it is free of scale & the terminals inspected
    • All unions tightened, small seals inspected and replaced if needed

    • Re-fill the hot tub, with fresh water, rinsing and re-fitting the filters
    • Prime all pumps and re-commission
    • Balance the PH of the water
    • Check the ozone/UV function
    • Check the valve function
    • Check diverter valve function
    • Final clean, UV treatment and re-fit the cover
    • Sign off the service with the owner

  • The Official Jacuzzi® Warranty

    When you buy a Jacuzzi® hot tub from Hydrolife it comes with a very comprehensive warranty. As part of our sales process we will sign you up to the free programme, ensuring that all the fantastic services it provides are available immediately to you, should they ever be needed.

    Warranty varies dependent on range chosen but the minimum you can expect is outlined below;

    Jacuzzi® Warranty Information
    • 5 Years Shell Structure: Jacuzzi® spas are warranted against water loss due to defects in the spa shell for up to five years from the original date of purchase.
    • 4 Years Shell Surface: Jacuzzi® spas are warranted against blistering, cracking or delaminating of the interior surface of the spa shell for four years from the original date of purchase.
    • 2 Years Plumbing Components: Jacuzzi® spas’ plumbing components are warranted against leaks due to defects in workmanship or materials for two years from the original date of purchase.
    • 2 Years Electrical: Jacuzzi® spas’ electrical equipment components are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for two years from the original date of purchase.
    • 1 Years Covers/Panels: Jacuzzi® hot tub cover and panels are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for five years from the original date of purchase. Normal wear and weathering of the finish will occur naturally over time, and are not defects.
    • 1 Year CLEARRAY™: Excludes bulbs (warranty 90 days)
    • 1 Year Stereo

Is a hot tub difficult to install and how long does it take?

Not at all! It all comes down to 3 key elements during the preparation: the base, the power supply and access. With these in place we only need a few hours to install.

How often do you need to change the water?

This should be done 3-4 times a year to keep your hot tub water healthy and clear.

Are the chemicals I need for water purity expensive?

No, on average the price for chemicals breaks down to 50p a day

Will I need my hot tub plumbing to the water mains?

No. They are filled with water from your hosepipe.

What kind of surface does a hot tub require?

An even solid base that is ideally concrete, strengthened patio or decking.

How hot does the water get?

You can get the temperature up to 40° Celsius.

Is a Jacuzzi® hot tub easy to maintain?

Yes, Jacuzzi® hot tubs have intensive filtration and UV purification systems meaning minimal time maintaining them. And with an annual service, will run smoothly for years.
