When do we collect your personal data?

Personal data will consist of: Name, Billing/delivery address, Email and Telephone number. 

  • When you visit any of our websites, and use your account to buy products and services
  • When you make an online purchase.
  • When you create an online account with us. (Springfree Only)
  • When you purchase a product or service at one of our Show Sites, Trade Shows or by Phone.
  • When you engage with us on social media. 
  • When you download one of our online brochures. 
  • When you contact us by any means with sales queries.
  • When you enter prize draws or competitions.

Sensitive Personal Data

There may be instances where it is necessary for you to share information with us containing special categories of personal information or ‘sensitive personal data’. This relates to things such as details of medical conditions which you may need to share with us so we are able to meet your specific requirements when providing our goods and services.

Due to the sensitive nature of this information, we will only take it from you if you have given us your explicit consent and it is necessary for us to do so. We will also inform you of what we will do with this information and who we will share it with.

You have the right to completely remove all of your details from our data, however please consider if you think you'll need any spare parts or need to process a warranty claim in the future. All data relating to your sales enquiry within our business (your name, address, phone number, email) is kept for a period of 5 years. If you have not entered into a contract with us within this time period your details will be deleted.

Who do we share your personal data with? 

We sometimes share your personal data with trusted third parties. 

For example, delivery couriers.

Here’s the policy we apply to those organisations to keep your data safe and protect your privacy: 

  • We provide only the information they need to perform their specific services.
  • They may only use your data for the exact purposes we specify in our contract with them.

Finance Companies (Novuna and Barclays Partner Finance) In these instances, we provide them with only the information they need to perform their function.
